Shipping, Insurance and Return Policy

Please read through this carefully. They outline what to do
if you receive your art damaged, how to file a claim, what to
do in case of a return.

Most importantly, your satisfaction is my #1 priority.

I want you to come back to my website again, and again, and
again....

Shipping Insurance:
This is my policy on Postal Insurance:
I DO NOT OFFER IT.
This is why...
When you make a claim with the Post Office, you are
required to surrender the item. I personally guarantee my
art - if your piece arrives damaged I will repair at my
expense or refund (upon return of the piece) depending on
the extent of damage. I take pride in my art, and my
packaging :) - RARELY has there been any problem or issue,
but I find that I must state this to cover myself, and assure
you that you will be satisfied.

IF you insist on shipping insurance, please be advised that
your only recourse will be with the Post Office - NOT ME.
You will be able to file a claim for a refund, but WILL NOT
be able to replace the piece - once they take it, I am no
longer responsible.

RETURNS:
My return policy is simple...
You receive the item you bid on or purchased, you open the
package, you are - for any reason - not satisfied with the
item.

RETURNS MUST BE MADE
WITHIN 30 DAYS

CONTACT ME
I will verify that you have my correct return address. You
ship the item back to me (in the original packaging). When I
receive the UNDAMAGED art, I will refund your full
purchase price minus shipping.

I will revise or add to these policies as necessary.

Please understand that these shipping prices are inflated to cover most any
weight parcel. If your order costs less to ship, I will round the actual
shipping cost up to the next whole dollar and refund the extra.
